Manage orders

Payment and fulfillment statuses, notes and coupons.

Every order has a payment status (pending/paid/refunded) and a fulfillment status (unfulfilled/partial/fulfilled). Update them as you process the sale.

• Coupons: create discount codes in Discounts.
• Returns: manage them from Orders → Returns.
• Abandoned checkouts: follow up on carts that weren’t completed.
