MCP-first
Works with Claude, ChatGPT and any MCP client
Shopping Master is built MCP-first: connect your AI assistant to your store and run it in plain words. Today’s orders, new products, stock, discounts, reports. It acts as you, with your role, on your store only.
Your MCP server URL
https://shoppingmaster.app/mcp
Connect it in a minute
Claude (web, desktop and mobile)
- In Claude (claude.ai or Claude Desktop) open Settings → Connectors.
- Click "Add custom connector", name it ShoppingMaster and paste the URL: https://shoppingmaster.app/mcp
- Click Add, then Connect. Shopping Master opens: sign in if needed and click Allow.
- In a chat, turn ShoppingMaster on from the + (tools) menu and ask away. The connector is then in the Claude mobile apps too.
On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner first adds the connector in the organization settings (Connectors); then each person clicks Connect with their own Shopping Master account.
Claude Code
- In a terminal, add the server:
claude mcp add --transport http shoppingmaster https://shoppingmaster.app/mcp - Start Claude Code, type /mcp, pick shoppingmaster and choose Authenticate.
- Shopping Master opens in your browser: sign in and click Allow. Back in the terminal, it is connected.
Add --scope user to the command to have it in every project.
ChatGPT
- In ChatGPT (web) open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode.
- Back in Apps & Connectors, click Create. Name: ShoppingMaster. MCP server URL: https://shoppingmaster.app/mcp. Authentication: OAuth. Confirm you trust the app and click Create.
- Shopping Master opens: sign in and click Allow.
- In a chat, pick Developer mode from the + menu and turn ShoppingMaster on.
Developer mode depends on your ChatGPT plan and, in a workspace, on what its admin allows.
Cursor
- Open Cursor Settings → MCP → New MCP server (or edit ~/.cursor/mcp.json) and add:
{ "mcpServers": { "shoppingmaster": { "url": "https://shoppingmaster.app/mcp" } } } - Save. Cursor shows shoppingmaster asking you to log in: click it, sign in to Shopping Master and click Allow.
- Use it from the chat, in Agent mode.
VS Code
- Create .vscode/mcp.json in your workspace (or run "MCP: Add Server" from the Command Palette, choose HTTP and paste the URL):
{ "servers": { "shoppingmaster": { "type": "http", "url": "https://shoppingmaster.app/mcp" } } } - Click Start above the server. VS Code asks you to sign in: sign in to Shopping Master and click Allow.
- Use it in Copilot Chat, in Agent mode.
Any MCP client
- Add a remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP) with this URL: https://shoppingmaster.app/mcp
- Your client finds the sign-in on its own: the server publishes OAuth 2.1 discovery (/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource and /.well-known/oauth-authorization-server) and dynamic client registration.
- Sign in to Shopping Master and click Allow.
If your client only takes a fixed token, use a manual token (below).

- Ship today's paid orders and ask me for the tracking numbers.

- Compare this week's sales with last week.
- Which products are about to run out, and who is waiting for them?
- Set up a 10% code WINTER10 that ends on Sunday.
Ready-made tasks in Claude

- Weekly store review
Safe by design
- Reads only read Tools that look things up are marked read-only and never change anything.
- Changes that matter ask first Deleting, cancelling, emailing your customers or changing what shoppers see answers first with a preview of what it would do; it only happens once you confirm.
- It never moves money No refunds, no charges, no issuing gift cards or changing their balances: you do those in your admin. Marking an order paid only records a payment you already received, and for the plan it gives you a Stripe link you open yourself.
- It acts as you With your role and its permissions, on your store only. It never sees your password or your Mercado Pago / Stripe credentials.
- Disconnect it anytime Settings → AI agents lists every connected app; disconnect any of them in one click. Changing your password disconnects them all.
- What data goes where The store data each tool returns goes to the AI app you connected, under that app’s own terms. Shopping Master never receives your conversation, only the tool calls.
Clients that only take a token
Some clients and scripts can’t sign in with OAuth. For those, create a token in Settings → AI agents (it is shown once: copy it then) and send it with every request as the header Authorization: Bearer <token>. The token acts as you, with your role, until you revoke it in the same place. Tokens are part of the Business plan; signing in works on every plan.
