Terms of Service

Last updated: October 14, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of Shopping Master (the "Platform"), a service to build, manage and run online stores. By creating an account, accessing the admin or using any feature of the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Who provides the service

The Platform is operated by DevCloud Software, based in the Argentine Republic ("Shopping Master", "we", "us"). You can reach us at sales@devcloudsoftware.com.

2. Definitions

3. The service

The Platform provides, as software as a service, tools to publish products, manage orders, inventory, customers, shipping, discounts and content, customize the Store design and connect it with third-party services. Available features depend on the plan and are described on the Pricing page.

Shopping Master provides the technology: it is not the seller, buyer, intermediary or guarantor of the transactions made in the Stores. Each sale is a relationship solely between the Merchant and the Buyer.

4. Account registration

5. Plans, pricing and billing

Shopping Master charges no commission on Store sales. Payment processors and other providers the Merchant chooses may charge their own fees, governed by their terms.

6. Store payments

Buyers' payments are processed by third-party providers, such as Stripe or Mercado Pago, or by the methods the Merchant sets up (for example, bank transfer or cash). The Merchant contracts those services directly with each provider and accepts their terms; funds are paid into the Merchant's accounts with those providers, never into Shopping Master's accounts.

Shopping Master does not take part in collecting payments, does not hold funds, and is not responsible for chargebacks, disputes, delays, holds or other decisions of payment providers. Full card data is handled by the payment provider; the Platform does not store it.

7. Merchant's obligations

The Merchant is solely responsible for its Store and its business. In particular, the Merchant agrees to:

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Platform to:

If a prohibited use occurs we may remove Content, suspend or close the Store or the account, and cooperate with the competent authorities.

9. Content and intellectual property

Content belongs to the Merchant. To provide the service, the Merchant grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license, for as long as it uses the Platform, to host, reproduce, adapt (for example, resize images), transmit and display that Content. Stores with published products may appear in the Platform's public store directory.

The Platform, its software, designs, themes, trademarks, logos and documentation belong to Shopping Master or its licensors. The Merchant receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them while its account is active. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely to improve the service.

If you believe Content published on the Platform infringes your rights, write to sales@devcloudsoftware.com identifying the content and the right affected.

10. Personal data

The processing of the data of Merchants and of visitors to Shopping Master's website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

For the Buyers' data processed in each Store, the Merchant is the controller and Shopping Master acts as a processor on the Merchant's behalf: it processes that data only to provide the service and following the Merchant's instructions, with appropriate security measures and a duty of confidentiality, through the providers listed in the Privacy Policy, and deletes it when the relationship ends as set out in these Terms. The Merchant must inform its Buyers about the processing of their data and have the necessary legal basis.

11. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the Platform continuously available and make regular backups, but we do not guarantee an uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, scheduled where possible to minimize its impact.

We may add, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue an essential feature of a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice.

12. Suspension and termination

13. Warranties and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties that it will meet any particular needs of the Merchant.

Shopping Master is not responsible for transactions between Merchants and Buyers, for Store Content or for third-party services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for lost profits, lost sales, data or business opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform will not exceed the amount the Merchant paid Shopping Master in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to it, or one hundred US dollars (US$100) if the Merchant was on the free plan.

These limitations do not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, or where the applicable law does not allow them, including consumer protection laws.

14. Indemnification

The Merchant will indemnify and hold Shopping Master harmless from claims by Buyers, authorities or other third parties arising from its Store, its products or services, its Content or its breach of these Terms or the law, including reasonable defense costs.

15. Third-party services

The Platform lets Merchants connect third-party services such as Stripe, Mercado Pago, Mercado Libre, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), WhatsApp or analytics tools. Their use is governed by each provider's terms, which the Merchant accepts directly. Shopping Master does not control those services and is not responsible for their operation, availability or changes.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the admin at least thirty (30) days before they take effect, unless they respond to legal requirements. Continuing to use the Platform after they take effect means the Merchant accepts them; if it does not agree, it may close its account before that date.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent ordinary courts of the domicile of DevCloud Software, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides for a different jurisdiction.
